The Cameron Community Voice launches its printable Sunday paper on November 1, and local businesses can put their name in it for $20 a month.

CAMERON — Starting this Sunday, November 1, the Cameron Community Voice comes with something you can hold in your hands. The Sunday Edition is a free, six-page paper readers print at home — the slower, sit-down companion to the Voice's weekday coverage, built for the kitchen table instead of the news feed.

It is a different paper from the weekday Voice. Inside the first issue: the November Book of the Month, neighborhood milestones and birthdays, a Kids Corner with a word search and drawing page, the Recipe of the Week as a clip-out card for the recipe box, Neighbors Helping Neighbors, a full community calendar — and our complete FM 485 road-safety report, "It Starts With the Driver," printed in full.

The advertising opportunity

A paper that gets printed gets kept. It sits on the table through Sunday dinner, goes up on the refrigerator under a magnet, and gets handed across the fence. The Sunday Edition was designed for that kind of keeping — and it has room in it for the businesses that keep this county running.

Churches and nonprofits have their own advertising tier on the site at $100 a year, and businesses looking for the full year-round package can also become Voice sponsors — through December 1, a full year of sponsorship is $750, regularly $1,000.
