New Student Enrollment at Yoe High School
If you are new to the area or transferring into the district, take note: New Student Enrollment for Yoe High School's 2026–2027 school year officially begins on Monday, July 27th.

First Things First: Secure Your Seat on the Bus
Before any orientations or open houses begin, getting to school is the top priority. Online bus registration is officially open for all Cameron ISD students who plan to ride the bus this school year.
The Deadline: Parents must register their children by Tuesday, August 4. Important Policy: The district notes that students will not be allowed to ride the bus unless they are fully registered by the deadline.

Welcoming the Newest Yoemen: Freshman Orientation
Transitioning to high school is a major milestone, and Yoe High School is helping the incoming freshman class get their bearings early. Freshman Orientation is scheduled for Thursday, August 6.
To accommodate varying family schedules, the high school is offering two different sessions: Session 1: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM Session 2: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Elementary Schools: Meet the Teacher
For the younger students, getting comfortable with a new classroom and meeting their new educator is key to beating those first-day jitters. Both elementary campuses will be hosting their events on the second Monday of the month:
Cameron Elementary School (CES): Hosting its Meet the Teacher event on Monday, August 10, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Families are invited to tour the classrooms and connect with staff. As the CES motto reminds us: "Stronger Together. Learning Forever."
Ben Milam Elementary (BME): Also welcoming students and families for Meet the Teacher on Monday, August 10 at 2:00 PM at the campus located at 1100 E 21st St.
Yoe High School Open House
High schoolers and their parents will also get an opportunity to explore the campus and sync up with administration later in the month. The Yoe High School Open House will take place on Monday, August 17th, from 6:30 PM to 7:45 PM.
