Milam County ESD No. 1 Wants Your Feedback on EMS Care

Milam County, TX - If an ambulance crew has ever taken care of you or someone you love in Milam County, the Milam County Emergency Services District No. 1 wants to hear about it — the good, and the not-so-good.

Kain Dodd, president of the ESD No. 1 board, announced that Allegiance — the company providing EMS service in the district — now offers a Clinical Care Feedback & Review Request form for the public. The form can be used to:

- Share positive feedback and recognize good service from EMS crews

- Submit a complaint about an experience

- Request a review of EMS patient care

The form is open to patients and families, and the district is also encouraging medical facilities — nursing homes, hospitals, and emergency departments — to use it for feedback about patient care and coordination before, during, and after EMS care.

"Your feedback helps recognize good service and identify areas for improvement," Dodd wrote in announcing the form.

The feedback form is available online now at:

Ninth Brain Suite

The district says the link will also be added to the ESD's homepage soon. The district is asking its staff and partners to help spread the word to anyone who wants to offer a thank-you or raise a concern.

Questions about the feedback process can be directed to Adam Baer with Allegiance at adam.baer@allmh.com.

Milam County ESD No. 1 oversees emergency services for its part of Milam County, operating under the motto, in Dodd's signature line, "Serving those who serve others."
