CAMERON, TX — Local fantasy enthusiasts and book lovers are in for a treat this month as Sips, Shops, & Stories returns to Cameron Coffee Company on Saturday, August 8, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Presented in partnership by Jillybean Publishing and Cameron Community Voice, the community event highlights regional authors, local businesses, and creative storytelling.
This month’s featured guest is Amber Gabriel, author of The Edge of the Sword medieval fantasy series. Gabriel will be hosting an interactive reading, answering audience questions during an author Q&A, and signing copies of her popular action-adventure books.
Attendees can meet the author, browse through her complete bookshelf—including titles such as A Crack in the Rock, The Warrior Prince of Berush, In Search of Magic Fire, The Throne of Cerecia, The Princess of Everywhere, and Captain of the Sand—and get a behind-the-scenes look at the intricate maps and world-building that define the Ignei Peninsula.
