Milam County Grand Jury Returns 23 Indictments

Milam County, TX - A Milam County grand jury presented with 23 cases on Wednesday, October 8, 2026, returned indictments — known as "true bills" — in every case, with no "no bills," according to the indictment list released this week.

An indictment is an accusation only, not a conviction. Every person named below is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
