Milam County, TX - The 2026-2027 4-H year is officially underway, and Milam County 4-H is ready to welcome new and returning members!

If you have been thinking about joining 4-H, now is the time. Whether you are interested in animals, photography, cooking, leadership, public speaking, shooting sports, agriculture, or simply want to try something new and meet new friends, 4-H offers opportunities for everyone. Enrollment for the new 4-H year opened September 1, and there is still plenty of time to get involved. This year also brings an exciting change as Texas 4-H has launched a new enrollment system designed to make the process easier and more convenient for families. One important reminder for 4-H families is that everyone must enroll again for the new 4-H
year. This includes Cloverbuds, Juniors, Intermediates, Seniors, and adult volunteers, even if they were enrolled in 4-H last year.

Enrollment can be completed online by visiting www.join4h.com and selecting the “Join 4-H” link on the homepage. The cost is $25 per member in grades 3-12, $10 per Cloverbud in grades K-2, and $10 per adult volunteer. Find Your Place in 4-H
